The Assignor is a Delaware Corporation. The Assignee, a Delaware limited liability company, is a special purpose entity established to (i) sell the assets of the Assignor and its affiliated companies, (ii) compile claims, and (iii) distribute proceeds to creditors according to the priority under applicable law. Please note that except for the relationship created by the Assignment, the Assignor and Assignee have no corporate affiliations to each other.
Status Update 2/22/2023: The Assignee of the Assignment Estate, has diligently worked to administer the Assignment Estate to maximize recovery for the creditors of the Assignment Estate. This includes the sale of assets in which the Assignees worked to sell the remaining assets of the Assignment Estate and collect outstanding amounts due the Assignment Estate. The Assignee is currently analyzing claims submitted via the creditor noticing process prior to distributing the funds remaining in the estate, less the costs required to administer the Assignment Estate. The funds to be distributed will not satisfy all creditor claims submitted to the Assignment Estate. Valid claims are expected to receive a fractional return of their claim. As a result, the Assignment Estate will not have funds available to return any capital to equity holders of the Assignor.
