NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DermaRite Industries LLC; Derma South, LLC; and DermaLan LLC (collectively, the “Assignors”) on November 18, 2025, made, executed, and delivered to DMR (ABC), LLC (“Assignee”), 1738 Belmar Blvd., Belmar, NJ 07719, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, an assignment of their estates in trust for the benefit of creditors in accordance with the New Jersey Statutes Annotated.
The Assignors DermaRite Industries LLC, Derma South, LLC, and DermaLan LLC are currently limited liability companies. The principal place of the business for all of the Assignors is 7777 West Side Avenue, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047.
All creditors must file a proof of claim within three (3) months from the date of the notice (November 18, 2025). Any creditor who fails to timely present a claim may be barred from sharing in a dividend, to the extent available, from the estate.
This website is a service provided for purposes of (i) filing a claim electronically, (ii) filing a claim in hardcopy form and (iii) accessing electronic copies of the creditor notice and assignment for the Assignor. Please fill out the claim form below to file a claim with the estate, however, making a claim does not guarantee payment by Assignee.
The Assignee, a Delaware limited liability company, is a special purpose entity established to (i) sell the assets of the Assignor, (ii) compile claims, and (iii) distribute proceeds to creditors according to the priority under applicable law. Please note that except for the relationship created by the Assignment, the Assignor and Assignee have no corporate affiliations to each other.
