The bar date has passed; however, the assignment for the benefit of creditors is still in process. The assignee continues its work to maximize the value of the company assets. We do not have a completion date at this time, but given the amount of secured debt outstanding, the assignee does not anticipate a distribution to unsecured creditors or security holders.
